Full-Time or Part-Time Reliability Technician
We are looking for a Reliability Technician to join our growing Engineering team, either full-time or part-time (a minimum of 25 hrs/wk). You will support the development of new and existing products by running pump performance and lifetime testing, diagnosing failures, and carrying out other technical work. You will be part of a well-backed, rapidly growing company created to commercialise Disc Pump, a revolutionary, award-winning micropump technology.

We are located on Melbourn Science Park, TTP Group’s own campus of offices, laboratories and production facilities.
TTP Ventus has a strong product pipeline, with plans to launch multiple new products per year as well as continuously improving our existing ones. As a Reliability Technician you will be an important member of our Engineering team, with the responsibility for operating our product lifetime testing system, which includes scheduling, setting up, and monitoring tests. Your role will also include other technical lab work, such as determining the root causes of pump failures and setting up and conducting tests for reliability improvement projects.
We are looking for someone who can work both independently and as part of a team, has keen attention to detail, and is enthusiastic about working within a rapidly growing business on a disruptive new technology.
Skills and Experience
Your experience will include:
• Experience in technical testing, manufacturing, or other technician work.
• Good computer skills, including MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Experience of documenting and reporting results.
• Thoroughness, with a keen attention to detail.
• Good manual dexterity.
The following would be beneficial:
• Experience in testing electronic components or systems.
• Experience working with pumps or other fluidic components.
• Working knowledge of flow and/or pressure measurement.
• Experience operating and maintaining test equipment.
• Experience building test fixtures.
