Application focus: Ambulatory Blood Pressure Measurement

In this update, we look at the benefits of Disc Pump for Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring. With zero pulsation in the airflow generated by the pump, measurements can be taken whilst inflating the cuff, shortening measurement time and enhancing patient comfort. With its precise controllability, constant inflation rates (mmHg/s or mmHg/beat) are easily implemented. What's more, its silent, vibration-free operation and coin-sized package mean that Disc Pump can be directly mounted on the brachial cuff, enabling the creation of truly integrated systems, further enhancing the user experience.
