COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Update

TTP Ventus is continuing to monitor the evolving situation regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus). We have two main priorities: to care for the health and safety of employees, customers and the wider community, and to continue to meet customer demand for products and support.

Our staff are taking all recommended precautions to limit the risk of exposure and transmission of the virus. In line with UK Government advice, those TTP Ventus employees who can work from home, are doing so. However, we continue to maintain our on-site manufacturing facility. Given the high level of automation, it is possible to staff this with just a small number of people working in relative isolation from one another.

Our primary operational concern relates to our supply chain, where we have seen some disruption over the past two months, particularly in the Far East. As of today, however, our suppliers are either working as normal or returning to normal. Despite this we have increased component and product stocks as a precaution against potential future supply chain disruption. Our customers may wish to increase their own stocks to mitigate potential issues with international freight.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and adhere to guidance issued by UK Government, National Health Service, and the World Health Organisation. At present, we foresee no impact on our ability to meet customer demand, but we will notify customers should there be any significant impact on their orders.
